I do not believe boys will ignore menstrual pads in their bathrooms. This policy will be discontinued in a week after all the toilets need to be unclogged. The pads will show up in dining halls, classrooms, and hallways. Girls will be deeply embarrassed by the flagrant ridicule that will result from this manifestly ignorant policy.
