You can’t sell cars if you have no cars to sell. Just look at all the dealerships, they’re half empty and try to compensate by parking the existing cars further apart......

New cars may not be on the lots for sale or selection, but, I found out that, you can order whatever you want, and it can take a week or more to get it. I had ordered a Nissan Murano and a week later, I had changed my mind and went to a Lexus dealer to get something more to my liking. And, it's the same with just about all new car dealers, where the car you want is not to be found on the lot, but you can order it. I went to Jeep dealers and Mazda dealers and Toyota dealers and Hyundai dealers, and I could have ordered just about any new car.
Teslas take a lot longer to get, as my daughter found out when she ordered a Tesla Y. (I keep trying to convince her that it's not worth it to pay some $75,000-$80,000 for what she's getting).
