They are outliers. The support for abortion on the left approaches 100%. It was one of the first things enacted when the Bolsheviks took power in Russia. As has been noted here many times it is their sacrament in their weird political religion. Over the years here on FR there have 1 or 2 articles about pro life dems. They are more curious oddities than any force on the dim side. On our side sadly we don’t have that unanimity. There are plenty of pro abort pubs.

My Grandfather went through that revolution. His first American job was working in the American army in WW1.
