Yes actually there is you don’t hear much from them. Or at least not much is reported from them but they do exist.

Just as there are “log cabin” or Log house” something like that Republicans.

Democrats for Life; Feminists for Life, PLAGAL (pro life gays and lesbians). Some that may or not still be active since I last checked in about 2000, including Atheists for Life, Quakers for Life, and maybe Presbyterians for Life). On FaceBook there is currently a discussion group of progressive feminists.
