Chipotle in adobo makes a wild Cole slaw to go with fried catfish tacos. Emeril has a good recipe...google.

"Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce..."

I put a whole can (the tuna sized can) on rice once and it was the hottest thing I ever ate. After i left the in the refrigerator to eat the next day it was still the hottest thing I ever ate.

Chipotle cream sauce for meat. Every time I make it the guests are amazed and eat it all. Especially with baby back ribs.
2-3 tablespoons butter in a frying pan
Crush the peppers from the can in the butter with a fork….adjust for heat with amount of peppers
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
Simmer until it starts getting thick
I pour into individual dipping bowls for each person….and it’s always all gone.
