The practice is ballot harvesting. It is legal in some states like California. It is illegal in MI, WI, AZ, GA and PA.
So, doing what these mules did was a crime. What they did was illegal.
The only way this will stop is to arrest the mules and charge them. Get them to flip on the Dem operatives that hired them. Prosecute them and put them in jail.
