Tomatoes have perhaps the highest amount of lutein and goji berries have the highest amount of zeaxanthin.

Papaya and Satsuma (mandarin, tangerine, orange (all are the same fruit given different names)) appears to have the highest amount of beta-cryptoxanthin.

Happy to be taking lutein and zeaxanthin in tablet form already. Several other antioxidants as well.

Those are what is recommended for eyes and people with macular degeneration.
