In the 80s, their roast beef subs were so good! I can’t stomach to even walk by their stores - the smell of chemicals wafting from their stores reminds me of the preservatives airlines used to use on food and I get nausea and headaches.

I worked at Silver Mine Subs, and I often delivered to places right next to a Subway. They'd rather order from us and wait a few minutes than walk over to the Subway.

My husband used to stop by and get their subs usually once every two weeks or so because it was convenient to his hangar until I told him about Jared and that purple haired freak.
