Ukraine is at war and arresting people who are so bold as to announce their anti-Ukrainian sympathies is common sense. The US has done the same thing during our various wars.

The Ukrainians should take this one step further and arrest and deport anyone found to have a Russian passport.

OK, I'll bite. So you're saying that US policy during past wars is an example to be followed? I would respectfully disagree.

So the U.S hunted down and arrested anyone who verbally opposed the Vietnam war or Iraqi war? Ignorant or lying. Which is it?

Thus proving President Putin right that Russians are being persecuted in Eastern Ukraine.
