The casein in milk neutralizes the beneficial antioxidants.
What kind of teabag do you use for a perfect cup of tea? Store brand, or Lipton?
I never put milk in it. I don’t drink black tea, either. Also, some areas drink it scalding hot, which causes health issues.
This really bothers you don’t it?
Well, ideally, you use loose leaf tea, then put it in bags or a teal ball, etc.
What does?
Hong Kong’s famous milk-tea, a Chinese-South Asian derivative of British tea, includes boiling the tea with egg-shells and dried dates, and filtering it while pouring it back and forth (for aeration) through a woman’s stocking (preferably not used...)
with condensed milk and sugar added.
Sounds like a lot of work.
Costco has something called Boba Milk Tea Mochi. I had no idea what it was but decided to try it. I ate all of them..but then again..I even managed to get down that Tan Hue Vien Banh Pia Hopia Cake with Durian. If I paid for it I am going to eat it...but I had to freeze those to eat them.
My wife swears by King Cole tea. I have to send to Canada for it, but she says it’s worth it.

People generally don't make it at home. There are thousands of small stands and breakfast shops who make it everyone morning for morning commuters and workers. Its very strong - a 19th century energy-drink equivalent, preferred by coolies doing hard labor
The “scientific way” I would have thought involved the steeping time.
"You're looking at them."
That “Kula Shaker” video looks like it was inspired by “The Marty Feldman Comedy Machine”.
And George Orwell.
