Animal manure, especially horse, works great when mixed into compost, but human waste was tried and abandoned years ago, due to the piles not heating-up to 160°F, and not destroying the many harmful pathogens and chemicals. Yet the "migrant labor" who tend and pick veg crops, pee & poop on the fields and lettuce, celery etc get contaminated, which gets washed, but not efficiently, and then passed on to consumers. Chipolte, Jimmy John's and others have had outbreaks from processed lettuce and other vegs.

Yes sir. I thought we pay taxes to keep this kind of thing from happening. That’s rhetorical, we know giving the government money is like giving the keys to your new mid-engine Corvette to a 10 year old.
