It’s pretty clear just who is ratcheting up the rhetoric. The louder the talk, the weaker the talker.
Right when I see all these nuke stories I know it is not by accident they are flooding out. If means the Russians are very, very concerned that things are going to keep going badly for them and get worse and they want a way out. Too bax for them their bluff is being called.
