Hey Democrats, if you really believe that some Supreme Court Justices “lied to the Senate,” why not try holding them in contempt and prosecuting them? That should work out great!

The draft opinion is exactly consistent with what Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh said during their confirmation hearings. The opinion carefully reviews the stare decisis factors & applies them to Roe, as Gorsuch and Kavanaugh said they would. Roe fails stare decisis
