NO FAIL BUSINESS PLAN
Partner with some money hungry crooked, corrupt government officials and bureaucrats (easiest part of the plan)
Manufacture some sort of product and package it to look professional
Pay your government partners kickback money to buy your product at a grossly inflated price and force it on the public
Make sure the government passes a regulation declaring you free of liability for any product related death and damage
Reserve 10% of the kickback money for THE BIG GUY
Laugh all the way to the bank
