lol

always the same, doing what leftists “want” you to do is always the best!

yet.. somehow when they actually interview super old people, they always be eating candy, drinking and smoking, no exercise, hate vegetables etc

Sort of like how I am 50 and it doesn’t seem any warmer at all, and yet supposedly the planet is getting so warm the oceans will die soon!

odd ain’t it?

*rolls eyes*

Agree. I’m reminded of the old man in “grumpy old men” movie. Eating his daily plate of bacon and drinking his dinner.

I’m about to go on the carnivore diet myself.

Torturing people is one way to make them “feel” like their years are going by slowly….

More of this bad science, confirmational bias by the militant Vegans...High\Moderate carbs, Saturated animal fat bad, eat tons of nutrient-poor vegetables and eat tons of them. We did a study on Italians and found this to be the best! But I'm glad they threw in the IF, which is proven to work. But the 10-12 hour off eating times is not long enough..you need at least 16 to begin any kind of autophagy. I'd throw this study in the wastebasket it's epidemiological crapola.

High fat, moderate protein, limited carb diets will give you genuine health and longevity, it's in our genes. That does not conform with the Vegan Zeitgeist. This is to have men eat estrogen-rich vegan diets to feminize them and make them sick and compliant and have women look haggard and less sexually attractive. Win\win for the leftists.

Veganism is a eating disorder, that should be in the DSM-5. Obsession with food....hmm kind of fits the diagnosis of one.

Yes. My mom died in January, 2007, and she would have been 103 in April. One of her cousins died a few yeas later and she was 109. They worked hard and ate what they wanted. Their ancestors and my dad’s lived to be in their 90’s. Amazing. Of course, not everyone lived that long. God bless.
