I find it interesting how so few articles actually state the law (You cannot teach sex topics to kids in 3rd grade and below) , instead (even this article) , substitutes other words which exaggerate the actual wording of the law. Why not just state the law itself?
Even the author of this article could not bring himself to simply state the meat of the law.
