But labor relations are part of that. You can’t make your investors wealthy if your employees are walking out. Managing your employees and keeping them happy and selling those Mickey Mouse ears … that’s a big part of creating that shareholder value.

Just how many Disney employees walked out? How many homosexuals are there? How easy or difficult would it be to replace them, if they persisted in their hissy fit?

Are we talking 10 percent, 15 percent, or just a small group of liberal idiots who work for Disney who staged that?

Wouldn’t an effective CEO not tolerate that (expletive deleted) and tell them to go have their hissy fit on their own time????

How does it add to shareholder value to capitulate to a group of loudmouth idiots who happen to work for your company?

Granted that not all of Disney’s problems stem from their taking that position against that law in Florida. But it certainly didn’t help matters any.

And we don’t know long term if this will hurt them. Are there enough “LGBT” types to make up for a dip in the family audience for Disney products? We won’t know that for a while.

If I recall, was it not a VIRTUAL walkout? They walked out for 20 minutes or something.
