Well, if YOU have been routinely rude to the servers they’ll likely be very thankful to him for sending you elsewhere.
I’m from L.A. and some of these chefs think they’re the greatest chef of all time. I think I’ve been to most “good” restaurants in the nicer areas and they come out to greet you halfway your meal which annoys me. I dont care about the chef as I concentrate on the food and company.
