We can’t, and it’s unlikely to happen.
Say my wife(don’t really have one)dies.
Do you think you’re entitled to make me have an autopsy of my wife?
This whole issue is really messed up.
Remember when a person’s medical information was absolutely not to be discussed, especially by your employer?
We’re going down a dark path that crushes freedom.

I nowhere suggested that any kind of action against privacy, but we certainly have scientific data on all kinds of conditions. You think if everyone died immediately after chemotherapy we wouldn't know.

There are some cases where the state, rightly or wrongly, does an autopsy against the wishes of the next of kin. [For example, if you were a suspect in your imaginary wife's death]

I don't know if they will do it if the person is Muslim.

Below a certain age an autopsy is legally required in most states/counties.
