I think every troubled kid should be in boarding school M-F. Go home on weekends and see both sides. I think most would prefer the structure of the school. Have retired drill instructors walking around in Smokey the Bear hats. There will still be trouble as they’re troubled, right?
My other idea: Do a 23 and Me on everyone in a jail cell and put all the jailed father & sons together. Cross states with fed/state/county jurisdictions. Punishment enough.
