The electric emissions per kWh charged are based on the average US electrical grid. Some states will be better/worse. Renewable charging (ie. solar) will dramatically improve this number.

Anybody who writes "Renewable charging (ie. solar) will dramatically improve this number" is NOT a credible engineer. He doesn't understand ANYTHING about power systems. I doubt he knows the difference between a kWh and a BTU.

The grid gets cleaner every year.
Most Hummer EVs will be sold where the grid is cleaner like the West Coast and Texas.
Less will be sold in places where the grid is dirtiest like Indiana and West Virginia.
