................... Initial report from O'Donnell is about Colorado. No penalty for Dominion if they don't back up their data. It's all on the county clerk to back up the intel on the machines accd. to O'Donnell. Twenty two months is standard for keeping votes. In Colorado it's 25 months accd. to O'Donnell.

It took O'Donnell,a computer expert with 40 years experience, seven months to find the evidence. He did and wrote it up. every bit of data that was on the hard-drive he looked at was gone,there was a new copy over the old data, nothing left. he found numbers in data system did not add up.

Colorado election staff started counting ballots on 10/19. They counted 25k mail-in ballots. Something woke up,some bit of code decided that some of the data base had to be redone automatically.(an algorhytm) Ballots were kicked out by manual adjudication. Something was changed in the ballots since the numbers were not the same not normal processing and illegal at a deep level.The opportunity to overwrite 20k ballots was there and was done.

In another election O'Donnell researched the same thing happened! In March ballots were reprocessed.The same unauthorized process happened again!! According to O'Donnell this was not an accident. It was buried in the Dominion system It's has not been figured out yet but will be. Same process happened twice. Mesa county is the Rosetta stone for the rest,says O'Donnell!

5,500 votes were hidden from the rest. O'Donnell says their working theory is there is an algorhytm running through the dominion system,and others as well not just Dominion, that knows what the desired result of the election should be. When an election looks counter to the theory the algorhytm kicks in and changes votes!!

Slick. very slick. Dozens of files on the dominions software, so it's hidden very well but not so well that O'Donnell won't find it.!

A review is needed to find where the algorhytm is located. One spread sheet,a single point of attack in the machine has all the numbers on it and appears to be hackable. Ballots need to be counted as well and compared to the results on the Dominion machine.

NO way to tell if the machine was hooked to the internet due to log files that were purged but should have been kept! Slick criminality again here. ODonnell speculates that its likely a piece of software was installed and than uninstalled. Retention laws are not as solid as they should be.

Criminals running the machines already have legal opinions on what they have done. Once again super slick criminality. Don't set the machines to delete, they have to be set to delete to get rid of the data.

Other machines besides Dominon are in play as well.All are "rife for fraud" accd. to O'Donnell.

Most clerks O'Donnell has talked to are straight.

"If someone can figure out a way to beat the system they will" a mentality that is not taught, but should be drilled into the election people.

O'Donnell has looked into other systems around the country and there is a pattern!

Copying and reprocessing is used in electronic voting machines such as Dominion has. There is a certain fingerprint in all states and counties that they have looked at where the same algorhytm kicks in. Looks like it's everywhere.

(Reminds me now of what happened in Italy where they created a new algorhytm to make sure that Trump lost) It's a pattern of voting. O'donnell refers to the law of big numbers,gives an example. "Flip a coin and its 50 percent heads or tails. A big jump would be from 50-66%. Flip the coin 1,000 times it can only be effected by a very small percentage, less than 1%.

Not in mail-in voting mail big number rule is violated. In mesa county was there was manipulation. The receipt of mail- in votes should have be random. It was not. After 100k there should be little change,instead there are wild rises and falls in the last portions of race after race. This is where the fraud happens with wild swings,its a pre-loaded algorhytm of heavier for Biden than what really happened. It's voter fraud on a massive scale.

An unnatural rise or fall can happen and does.There are graphs of it. O'Donnell says he will email X22 dave the graphs. Its unnatural pattern of voting. Not how people vote. Points to manipulation in county after county,has to be MANIPULATION!!

THIS IS the point where the pre-load happens traditionally its a ballot dump at the end of the election. It's different electronically. It's done by county even precinct and calculates what Biden needs to win. Gets easy to calculate what is needed to win. Its all done by an algorhytm.

After that there is massive over-printing of mail-in phantom votes. there is a pre-load. In that certain amount of ballots are not cast by real people. Things happen the way the algorhytm was created.It avoids an easily detected ballot dump near the end.

O'Donnell has seen this happen all over the country. Nothing is deleted just written over the current data. In some places it's thousands double voters. Mail-in ballots have to go.They are too easy to cheat with.

O'Donnell does not trust any election machine. Only reason we have them now is due to Bush/Gore chad people. They were convinced that people could not count any more and we needed machines to count for us!! O'Donnell: TERRIBLE IDEA!!

People need to vote in person with proper ID or not at all. We need to assume everyone wants to change the vote and be far more cautious than we have been.

Third party machine vendors need to go. We need to count our own votes not leave it up to tainted algorhytms in machines like Dominion. Things are changing twice.

There is a three pronged effort going on accd. to O'Donnell:

1. Expose everything about 2020 some states may decertify will have a huge effect on the election.

2.Don't do same things in 2022. Keep eyes open,don't fall for old tricks.

3. Educate everyone about the process so there is complete and total transparency of elections. Don't fall for DNC tricks and threats. Make them bring the police if-they try and kick yo out. Talk back!!A veil needs to be over the elections.

Every vote flipped takes away a vote from a citizen.

Over 8,000 votes in Colorada were changed, clown work.
