Last time I was there was was on a visit to Pebble Beach right before they celebrated their 100 year anniversary a couple of years ago. With most of the homes so far up from ocean level, how does that weather effect them?
It’s an exposed peninsula. Lotsa sand-blasting wind, ocean spray and FOG.
But Asilomar Beach offers the only surfable waves in the immediate area, so there’s that.
