Years ago we had a black family move next door. They had one son that was maybe 12 or 13. My son was around 7 or 8. He started playing with the cousin who was the same age as him who come over to their house. I would keep an eye on them, and one day I saw the older kid say something into his younger cousin’s ear.
Next thing I heard my son cry out as the younger, black, kid hit him in the head with an object some kind stick. After that he wasn’t around them at all. The mom came out and asked me why they didn’t play anymore and I made excuses. I knew better than to try and reason with these people. I never felt so much relief when they moved away months later.
Man....what a sad sad sad deal. Man I feel like crying after seeing his pictures. I was bullied as a kid. Fk I hate mean people.
'He has a history of bullying, and he has gotten away with too much. The mother thinks he is innocent. The family thinks it's a joke,' Deegan wrote.
'Even though Dominick can't talk because he's in a lot of pain and all swollen, he said to my mom, ''Please don't take me back there.''
If I were the dad, there wouldn't have been a second incident.
“Disgusting! The parents of this boy should be held to account, period.”
Really? So now we charge people for acts they did not commit? Slap yourself please!
How about we hold the CRIMINALS to account! That would go a long way to reducing EVERY type of crime, from the simple to the sadistic.

I bet you’ve found a clue as to why this little boy attacked another child for the pure fun of it.
Poor parenting why do you think he acts like he does no discipline no rules.
Take a look of some of the people that produce crotch fruit many never grew up them self.
Big difference between making a family and producing a brat.
“Slap myself”, really? That’s your response to asking that the parents of an 8 year old that committed an heinous act resulting in the probable permanent disfigurement of a 6 year old? Is your argument one in which the parents hold no responsibility for their child. Parents with whom our legal system gives responsibility for children under the age of consent. As to the “how about we hold the criminals to account” quip, sure let’s do that, for people beyond the age of consent, aka adults. I’m right there with you. But what to do you with an eight year old if not look to the parents?
Had a work associate who's kid hit his dad with a two by four at 10 yrs. old. In and out of all sorts of clinics and juvenile “help”, psychiatrists and the whole array of “help” for years - Once 18 nothing the parents can do - Their kid finally murdered a cab driver and the police ended up taking his life. Not unusual once they reach adulthood.

No, it’s the response to someone suggesting that others be criminally prosecuted for crimes they did not commit!
That said, if there are states of due care and negligence on the parent’s part, by all means, charge them with what the law allows based on their culpability.
Sometimes monsters just happen, and it is the monster you deal with.
This story turned out to be false, and some of you really jumped to the wrong conclusions.
