How are men allowed to be in women’s prisons?

Any state doing this should be sued into oblivion.

This is the new woke society. Any man can change his name, take some hormones and wear dresses and believe he is a girl. A simple anatomy check would have prevented this rape. But NY guards are not aloud to use biology and science when determining the housing of prisoners. They are ordered to go by the prisoners’ “feelings”
