Well, keep waiting, Stupid. It’s not like there is some kind of list out there. Your assumption that the FBI wins every time is childish just on its face.

I can immediately oblige.

I was a New York Guard MP (to be distinguised from the New York NATIONAL Guard, we were state, not Fed).

During my training during AIT, we had a police chief give us liasion instructions. We would liason with local police during any State-level Emergency.

He explained something about LEO juresdiction: The broader the area, the thinner the authority. A city cop had more authority than a county cop. A county cop had more authority than a state cop. And a state cop had more authority than a federal cop (FBI).

Only when the federal cop 'took over' an investigation, would this widely-respected pecking-order be violated. I personally saw when a city cop would override the wishes of a state and a federal cop.
