Everyone who still has to wear these absurd things (docs offices, etc.) should take this article in to their appointments, with them.

Welcome to the knee-jerk FR reply.
Masks don’t protect the wearer so much as they protect *others* from the wearer. For ex, no surgeon would be allowed to perform in the operating room without being masked up or they would cause infection in the patient. On the other hand masks of poor quality or not using them properly can cause respiratory infections in the wearer.
And I wonder how much like asbestosis the new *mask lung diseae* is going to be.
Another reason to not wear one and a totally believable one at that.
When Fauci misinforms the public that cloth masks work, he risks the health of anyone who believes a cloth mask will protect them when caring for a spouse or relative with COVID!
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has made a habit of amending its COVID-19 guidelines, most recently cutting the length of its recommended quarantine time for infected patients from 10 days to five. Those who are infected are now instructed to isolate for just five days, followed by five days of wearing a mask around other people.
Quick! Buy some more masks from India and stay 10’ apart!

Imagine the impact on a developing 5 year old’s lungs. Bad enough on an adult, but very young children are particularly susceptible to contaminants like this as they have weaker immune systems and their cells are just multiplying like crazy

No one and I mean no one has been wearing masks correctly since this started. Masks are utterly useless against viruses anyway and this is a known science fact (TRUST THE SCIENCE).
Except we haven’t trusting the science and the CDC has been pushing utter nonsense f=since this began. Going political to get rid of President Trump, seemed to be their only goal and they succeeded.
Wearing the mask under your nose, touching them a hundred times a day makes any use even worse than useless. Also, those with raspatory issues are being injured by having their breathing diminished for absolutely no reason other than total control.
Cheap, shoddy masks of low quality and breathing in them hours a day...what could go wrong?
This is exactly why the environmental movement needs to be exported and not forced on the clean people. China and yuk India are responsible for 95% of the issues. First world they are not. India is a dumpster fire in a homeless camp.

I saw a store employee at Office Depot weeks after the mandate for masks were dropped wearing a face shield and a mask and rubber gloves. Most store employees not wearing any masks. I heard one with a face mask talking to someone on his cell phone and he was muffled so bad I doubt the other person understood him.
If people were told that plastic is now inside them from the masks these same people would not believe it and keep wearing a mask to protect themselves from a virus that is much much smaller then any plastic particle!
