It’s the “equipment” that should determine this situation. If the individual (I would say “individual” or “person”, not man, male, woman, lady, female) has a penis, then the individual uses this bathroom. If the individual has a vagina, that individual would use the other bathroom.

If you follow my daughter/wife into the left bathroom, and you belong in the middle one, you will forever more need the right bathroom.

If the place has large multi-person restrooms, and they really want to bend over backward for the delusional, then they need to convert the larger restrooms into multiple single person unisex bathrooms.
I wonder what the Madonna Inn will do (or has done?) since their large multi-person bathrooms are actually a tourist attraction and part of the "charm" of the place.
Perverts need a separate bath.
They had unisex bathrooms where I went to vacation this weekend. I leave the seat down and well, lets say my aim is off. Be careful what you ask for.

If you want advice about which bathroom a tranny should use, you need to tell us which kind of tranny it is.

Keep Pat out of the ladies room with my wife, mom, mother-in-law and daughter and will be just fine. Let him go in there with them and we’re going to have a big issues. One being which one shoots him for being a pervert and in their bathroom and second there are other places begging for customers who will not let a minority dictate bathroom policy.
