During the AIDS scare there were suggestions to have some of your own blood stored before a scheduled operation. There is also tourist medicine available in India. A person might wish to see if their needs could be accommodated. India also has a low percentage of vaccinated people, but it is better to firmly find out if your hospital there can actually keep vaxxed blood away.
