I would agree it’s a greatly enhanced risk IF the coalition goes PAST Ukrainian borders into Russia itself, but I consider that likelihood to be extremely small.

There are more idiots with nuclear weapons now than there were then. And if one of them, just for the hell of it decides to let one go. Neither the United States or Russia will say, “Where did that one come from?” They will just go all out at each other. With the exception of the Attack on Perl Harbor, both World War 1 and World War 11 were started by miscalculations. World War 1 by an assassination. World War 11 by Hitler not believing Britain and France would go to war with him over Poland.

I am not against them fighting. I am against the United States joining them. We have more than enough to do in securing our Southern Borders. I hope you are right.
