I’ll admit, I didn’t have much muscle as a kid. I was more of a nerd, but amongst my own peers, Gen X, I was more the exception, rather than the rule. I’ve actually developed more muscle tone as I have gotten older.

Now that summer is here, check out the physical fitness of the average teenager. The ones that aren’t blobs of fat still aren’t the fit, toned hard bodies of yesteryear. I’m talking about young ladies with legs that have a nicely shaped hamstring or definable arm and stomach muscles. You probably won’t find any.
Girls these days don’t care about their figures the way their mothers and grandmothers did.
And the young guys are just as bad.
