On the topic of Parkinsons, it's pretty obvious there's some degenerative disease at work here. Based on how much effort is going on to control what looks to be tremors, I would have to question his ability to stand for any significant period of time, let alone walk.
Putin will likely be dead by the end of the year as the single significant determiner of life expectancy is the ability to walk 1/4 of a mile. If he can't do that, it puts life expectancy at under six months

agree he has a degenerative process. no informed opinion here on life expectancy. it is certainly relevant too, and maybe not in the way some might want. I for one don’t know enough about internal workings of the kremlin to speak with authority on exactly how this impacts matters.
