Next to speak is the SNP's Westminster leader, Ian Blackford, who says on days like this, he thinks of those who made sacrifices over the Covid pandemic.
But then he moves to his argument...
"At the very heart of this scandal there is one thing that needs to be said and heard - the prime minister of the United Kingdom is a liar," he says.
Blackford says the PM denied parties took place when he spoke to the Commons in December and "hid behind his staff".
"But we know the truth," he adds. "The truth contains no ifs, no buts... this House was misled and so was the public."
Can MPs call the PM a liar?
As we reported earlier, the SNP's Ian Blackford has called Boris Johnson a liar during the debate.
Normally an MP is required to withdraw such an accusation towards a fellow member of the Commons or be ejected from the chamber by the speaker, as Blackford was himself in January.
But for this debate Sir Lindsay Hoyle said it is "perfectly in order for honourable members to question the veracity of the prime minister's responses to the House cited in the motion".
However, it is not in order for MPs to question his truthfulness more generally or in relation to other matters.

It’s a sad thing seeing how many Brits have lost faith in Boris. He seemed like a good guy pushing for Brexit. I think he made the same mistake of breaking Covid rules too openly and too many times.
Now those missteps are under great scrutiny. This level of public discontent is starting to sound serious in a career changing way.
