These numerous, paper plates are FAKE.

A Houston outlet did a report on them, recently.

The “dealer” name is fake….one plate traced was to an empty lot “dealer”….no business even existed, at address.

I wonder if the cars are auction resells.

I have acquaintances from Liberia and other African countries. As teens and young women, many were pretty. As they aged, got married and had kids, they ‘expanded’.

A Pastor’s wife explained that in parts of Africa, a ‘large’ wife was a status symbol. If you had a fat wife, it meant that you could afford to feed her. Therefore, you were considered ‘successful’! And, incidentally, the women tended to ‘rule the roost’.

Don’t know if that is a common idea amongst Americans of African descent, but there sure are a lot of ‘large’ women of African descent in America.
