If I was on the jury I’d be tempted to give them both zero.
They’re both toxic people, and Depp’s serious drug and drinking binges, not eating for days, striking someone on the set, he’s a mess. I’m sure she has some dirt on her when she testifies. Both actors, and why does he talk like Rocky Balboa? (I know he doesn’t really sound like that in real life) and meanders the court’s time, and get snarky?
I’d dismiss both of their claims.

He’s still rich and famous. Hollywood has these “humiliation rituals” where you are huge and adored for decades with certain actors. Anything they want or get. Then you’re sunk to a bottom feeder like Ellen Degenerate, Bill Cosby, and now Depp, and their sins are laid out for everyone to see.
