I’m OK with Durham. What I meant is that I expect Sussmann to cop a plea. That’s usually what all these nitty motions mean. Just jockeying to cut the final bill. If Sussmann gets convicted after a long, revealing trial, he can kiss his axx bye for quite some time . Kind of like the college Moms who tried to chisel their preciouses into UCLA. They Plead but Ol Dad fought and got serious time.

I was released from the hospital. Thank you for all the well wishes. Be awhile before I’m 100% but I’m glad to be going home. Dodged the surgery bullet for now. Can’t wait to eat again but will be liquid food for awhile”
