With this as their stated goal I doubt they plan to have people, with those imperfections you listed, living, let alone put a chip in them, with the exception of human guinea pigs for experimentation.
What if Musk’s acquisition of Twit and his exclamation of being a proponent of free speech, despite the fact the Chinese government is his second largest client behind the US government, is meant as an attempt to blunt the momentum of Truth Social to try to neutralize and destroy TS?
Or Musk sees the 2022 elections going full throttle republican and this is an attempt to start currying favors with them so as not to harm his government contracts or Tesla EV subsidies.
Right now I doubt Musk has the altruistic intent everyone is giving him due to his dependence on the US and Chinese governments for the majority of his wealth and business, coupled with his WEF membership.
The “Six Million Dollar Man” might not be so far-fetched.
