Some Durham bits for the ping list. There is a lot of very technical stuff out there that makes me dizzy. I may try to claw together some in a few days. First, the conclusion of Patel Patriot’s Devotion 20, posted here:

From Gen.Flynn

I’ve been reviewing the Durham investigation and i do believe he has Halper in his sights.

For those that have not read this AUG 2020 article by Steven Schrage, the guy who ran a conference I attended at Cambridge while serving as the Director of DIA, everything for those following this epic crime becomes even more clear.

Steven Schrage-“Flynn’s Tag Team Take Down
Perhaps nothing better illustrates the Cambridge Four’s roles — or is more urgent given Flynn’s legal hearing August 11 — than the takedown of Trump’s national security advisor. Starting in 2016, Halper made odd requests for me to brief him and others on Trump’s team. He even had me research Trump, allegedly as part of my thesis work, even though my thesis was focused on past, not present, presidents.

In these discussions I stressed that Flynn was indispensable. He was perhaps the only campaign advisor who both had Trump’s personal trust and the deep intelligence experience necessary to expose hidden problems in the intelligence community. At one point, I even recall telling Halper that taking Flynn out would be like “beheading” Trump’s team. I had no idea I had been unintentionally aiding a spy preparing the guillotine and helping lead Flynn to exactly such a beheading.”

Trump Speaks Out on Durham Probe: ‘Just The Beginning”

https://resistthemainstream.org/trump-reacts-to-durham-court-filings-makes-a-prediction/

Donald Trump is predicting that the recent court filings from Special Counsel John Durham are “just the beginning” of what’s to come.

Trump reacted to reports that Durham said in a court filing that lawyers for the Clinton campaign paid a tech company to “infiltrate” servers belonging to Trump Tower and the Trump White House in an effort to establish a “narrative” linking Trump to Russia.

“It looks like this is just the beginning, because, if you read the filing and have any understanding of what took place, and I called this a long time ago, you’re going to see a lot of other things happening, having to do with what, really, just is a continuation of the crime of the century,” Trump told Fox News. “This is such a big event, nobody’s seen anything like this.”

“Who would think a thing like this is even possible?” Trump said. “Durham is also coming up with things far bigger than anybody thought possible—Nobody ever thought a thing like this would be even discussed, let alone an act like this committed.”

Rep. Jim Jordan ripped those who pushed the phony “Trump-Russia collusion” narrative following the latest filing last Friday by special counsel John Durham, which indicated key evidence used to support the conspiracy was not feasible.

According to the special counsel’s filing, he revealed his investigation thus far has found inauthentic “user-generated” data on devices, adding that the CIA said the data that purportedly showed links between the former president and Russian banks “was not technically plausible,” “did not withstand technical scrutiny,” “conflicted with [itself],” and was “user-created and not machine/tool generated.”

“The CIA knew as early as 2017 that the Trump/Russia collusion data was not ‘technically plausible’ and was ‘user-created.’ In other words, it was made up. But Democrats and the media told you otherwise!” said Jordan in a Twitter post.

The Daily Wire adds:

Allegations of collusion with Russia dogged former President Donald Trump during his campaign and throughout his presidency. Ex-special counsel Robert Mueller for three years investigated claims that the Trump campaign had illegally coordinated with Russian agents to influence the 2016 election. Mueller eventually concluded that no such evidence exists.

Attorney Michael Sussmann, who previously worked for the Seattle-based law firm Perkins Coie, approached the FBI, under what Durham alleges were false pretenses, with information on potential Trump/Russia collusion. Sussmann took what he said could be evidence of coordination between Trump Tower in New York and Alfa-Bank, one of the largest private banks in Russia.

The CIA, identified in the filing as “Agency-2,” knew in 2017 that at least part of the information that Sussmann had given to federal investigators was not “technically plausible” and was “user-created,” according to Durham’s Friday filing.

And one more:

Former DNI Expects More Indictments to Come From Classified Durham Docs

https://www.theepochtimes.com/former-dni-classified-documents-will-blow-john-durham-case-wide-open_4424041.html

Former Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe said that there are still many more classified documents that should be released in connection to special counsel John Durham’s investigation, which he said will appall the public if they’re declassified.

“I expect there to be a lot more indictments to be forthcoming from John Durham besides the ones that have trickled out so far. And that’s based upon documents, some of which—many of which—are not yet declassified,” Ratcliffe told the Charlie Kirk Show.

When Ratcliffe was still in office as the nation’s top intelligence official, he announced in October 2020 that he provided about 1,000 pages of materials to the Department of Justice to aid Durham.

Currently, Durham has two active prosecutions that are ongoing as part of his probe into the origins of the Trump–Russia collusion narrative. Last year, he charged former Democratic National Committee and Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann with lying to the FBI, and weeks later, he charged Russia analyst Igor Danchenko with lying to the bureau. Both men have pleaded not guilty.

“The coordinated effort here that took place in 2016 was wide and broad. I think it involved folks in the Clinton campaign, in the Democratic national party, elected officials, media officials, folks that coordinated—intelligence community officials, and on down the line,” Ratcliffe added in the interview, published last week.

“I’m not saying that every single one of those folks have criminal liability or exposure,” said Ratcliffe, a former Texas congressman. “I’m just saying this was a very coordinated effort, and the more and more the public finds out about the things that I’ve seen that remain classified, they’ll be more and more appalled by those efforts in 2016.”

On April 20, Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign filed court papers to intervene in Durham’s case against Sussmann after federal prosecutors sought to compel the Democratic National Committee, Clinton’s campaign, and other associates to produce documents for Sussmann’s upcoming trial.

The campaign “asserts its attorney-client privilege and the attorney-work-product protection with respect to all documents and information under the control of Perkins Coie or any of its consultants, including Fusion GPS” and “is not waiving any of its privileges, and it opposes the government’s motion to compel,” John Podesta, a longtime Democratic operative and the former chairman of the Clinton campaign, told the court in one filing last week.

Robby Mook, who was Clinton’s campaign manager, said that Sussmann’s law firm, Perkins Coie, gave “legal services and legal advice” that entailed “fact-finding and research” against then-candidate Donald Trump.
