No, Noah’s flood was about 5000 years ago. This was more around the time of Sodom and Gomorrah.

I'd put Noah's flood around 100K years ago (old earth creationist here).
But as far as recent earthquakes goes, I imagine the floor joists in Stacey Abrams house have a few stories to tell. LOL
