He has already demonstrated that he will resist arrest so we have that going for us.

But, has already demonstrated that he knows how to run.

They probably are distributing his picture to homeless shelters all around the NYC metro area and New Jersey.

Chances are those the places he will go to.

He might also go to one of the many homeless camps in the area.

The guy seems to know how to run. There is a sea of homeless out there. He might be hard to catch.

If he’s smart he will shave that Clay Pidgin Orange hair off his head.
