It's up to a jury to decide if Alex Jones defamed the parents

Actually, you're wrong and misinformed. The judge in the case has said it is NOT up to the jury.

If you'd actually done some research into the case, rather than relying on Media Matters and the MSM to tell you how to think and (more importantly to you, it seems) feel, you'd know that, and understand what a superficial, talking-point-regurgitating useful idiot you sound like.

Actually, you'd know that if you actually read any of my previous comments (like, say, comment #5) and comprehended them.

I don't know if he said anything more directly. And yes, I'm too lazy to find out.

But not too lazy to troll people better informed than you? That sounds like something that could cause you real trouble out in the real world.

If it really was a hoax, Alex should be able to prove his case in court.

But as I said, he and his defense team are not allowed to do that in court. They've already been declared guilty by a scummy leftist judge. That alone should tell you something, or would, if you hadn't made up your mind before looking at both sides of the story. But I suppose that is what your self-confessed laziness gets you.

As far as Remington, I read reports that their bankruptcy was more due to mismanagement and becoming debt heavy, and not so much the Sandy Hook lawsuit.

I'm sure you did read that, in whatever commie rag you rely on for "news", and swallowed that vomit whole.

How about you go troll there or somewhere else?

But thank you for inadvertently answering my question of whether you value the second amendment or not, with your lame rationalization.

I thought second amendment rights ended when you slander someone.

But obviously I was wrong and Alex never claimed it was a hoax, despite the video where he clearly claimed it was a hoax.

But now you being much more informed, have set me straight and I now understand the judge won’t let Alex prove that it was a hoax, despite Alex never claiming it was a hoax, like he did in that video.

DannyTN - the superficial, talking-point-regurgitating useful idiot whose lazy but not too lazy to troll you with his lame rationalizations.
