I commented months ago that as more and more “boosters” are pushed the overall number of “fully vaccinated” will drop. First chart shows that.

The number of people who would be considered “partially vaccinated” will continue to grow with each booster push. I would guess that the “fully vaccinated” will level out at about 30% of a population with a significant remainder at a variety of levels of “partially vaccinated”.
