No, FReepers only allow binary thought now.
You can only be for A or B...
From Wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overton_window
Overton described a spectrum from "more free" to "less free" with regard to government intervention, oriented vertically on an axis, to avoid comparison with the left/right political spectrum. As the spectrum moves or expands, an idea at a given location may become more or less politically acceptable. After Overton's death, his Mackinac Center for Public Policy colleague Joseph Lehman further developed the idea and named it after Overton.
Political commentator Joshua TreviƱo has postulated that the six degrees of acceptance of public ideas are roughly:
Unthinkable, Radical, Acceptable, Sensible, Popular, Policy
That there can be more than "A or B -- choose one" disturbs those who would limit thought to a dualistic anaylsis. And of course, there is in the choice of two, only ONE correct choice. Meaning no choice at all, eventually.
What is occurring in the Ukraine is horrid, but what has occurred in the Ukraine in the recent past has also been horrid. "Binary thought" is a perfect vehicle for greater war, chaos and mayhem. From the comments on a number of threads, what seems certain is that none of us is packing to enter the fray on side A or side B. From the arm chair and computer keyboard, so much can be launched without hazard to one's self.
