Thanks. I found it this time!
This year I am especially suffering from SAD. I am like a sun loving plant. I can grow in partial sun or shade, but not very well, and I thrive in really sunny locations.

I hear you.
The times I have felt the best were when I was in FL on vacation. Aside from the break in the routine, just the warmth and sunlight is very therapeutic.
