“The idea of proliferating arms on the subway is precisely, I think, what terrifies a great many people," Justice Elena Kagan told attorney Paul Clement, who was representing petitioners Robert Nash, Brandon Koch and the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association. Tuesday's shooting in Sunset Park materialized those fears when a gunman opened fire on a subway train and shot 10 people, injuring another 19, on their morning rush-hour commute.“
Newsweek tips the deep state’s hand. The shooting was to send a message to the high court in the upcoming NYS Rifle and Pistol Association decision

Now, suddenly, we have a "mass shooting" on the NYC subway.
A shooting in an area where the security cameras did not work, where the suspect's Glock "jammed," where the suspect drops a credit card receipt and...lo and behold..where the suspect just happened to be a previous subject of FBI investigation and known to them.
This smells.
I think he got his gun from the Black Market.
I thought it was weird, fortuitous but weird, that this guy supposedly fired what, 33 rounds into a crowded subway car and didn’t kill anyone?
Not everything is a conspiracy. There are bad people in the world.
SCOTUS isn’t influenced by such nonsense either.
No, they traced the gun to a purchase he made in Ohio, legally, in 2011.
Thanks for the information! 👍

And who called the police to turn himself in, without an attorney?
Thanks for the information!👍
What did he do for a living?
The folks who want to disarm us will latch onto any purported excuse.
I guess Justice Kagan hasn’t figured out that there are already guns on the subway.
She’s a prime example of the Kakistocracy we live under.

Why you were safer on an 1880 NYC trolley car than a NYC subway today....
The movie Conspiracy Theory comes to mind.
Wonder if she knows what a woman is.
The part that smells the absolute worst is that out of at least 29 people on the subway car, not one was allowed to have the means to shoot back.
That is what smells, my friend.
If someone tried that in my state, at least 10 of those riders would have been shooting back, long before he got 33 rounds off. And that fact is what would have prevented him from doing it in the first place.
We can never come to any understanding about guns with leftists who cannot admit any difference between criminals having guns, e.g. on the subway, and non-criminals having guns on the subway.
Hey, Wise Latina: The suspect already broke existing NYC laws when he brought the gun and prohibited "large capacity" magazines onto the subway in the first place.
A ruling that would allow law-abiding citizens to carry their own protection on the NYC subways would be a deterrent to such future shootings, or at least give the potential victims a chance to end the attack.
But you're too wise to see that, aren't you, Justice Kagan?
It would be difficult to fire one round into a typical NYC subway car and not kill someone if that were your intention IMO.
Kagan is not ‘The Wise Latina’.
(Although, what’s the difference?)
Yeah, of course you're correct. Sonia Sotomayor is the "Wise Latina."
