I think she has a book, or something coming out. Memoir?
What’s wrong with some Diff’rent Strokes?
Isn’t Stern dead yet?

lol ... Molly Shannon is 18”-24” taller than Gary Coleman (deceased). How is going to harass her? I remember Molly Shannon as being very funny on SNL.
Thanks!
that’s nauseating.
a swift kick in the nuts might have worked. Pointy shoes too.
Just wait 3 years and pick a copy up at the Restore for a buck!
What is it with black dudes and unattractive white girls?
In the early 90s, I remember pulling up next to him on South Broadway here in Englewood, CO. He caught my attention cuz he looked like a little kid who stole a car - until I recognized his bulbous head. After getting behind him, I saw his Colorado plate read “HAMAD1”. Took me about five minutes to figure that one out.
I saw him in person when I attended a Merv Griffin show in Hollywood in 1982, around the time of his career peak. Precocious and entertaining is how I would describe him then. I followed his career off and on in the news, and reading between the lines, my opinion of him as an adult during post-acting success is close to what you observed in Denver. He definitely was a worker and did not appear to seek pity. He could have made a bundle back then charging people $5 to have a picture taken with him.
Well sort of ... he has the embalmed look.
You win the thread.
This is a much more detailed and far more depressing biography of Driscoll than any I have read. The contemptuous manner the Disney organization handled his firing is squalid even by Hollywood standards. Particularly as Walt Disney himself had earlier cultivated Driscoll, telling him how Driscoll reminded Disney of himself when he just got started in Hollywood and playing on their mutual Midwest small town roots and telling the youth he really should look on WD as a real uncle figure to help him navigate the treacherous waters of Tinseltown
I personally believe this young man could have had an outstanding movie and TV career had someone like Disney had only taken a bit of time to mentor him and make a few calls to the right people.
