Perfectly OK --> Homo first grade teacher talking to his class: "Let me tell you about my weekend with my husband and all the kink things we did."

Absolutely NOT OK --> 84 year old Broadway star telling his costar an "off-color" joke. Or maybe he merely said "You look gorgeous in that dress."
