Fayetteville police are investigating a McDonald’s customer who cursed, then threatened to assault and shoot, the manager after being dissatisfied with the food order he received.
Fayetteville police at approximately 3:55 p.m. on March 31 were dispatched to the McDonald’s restaurant at 465 North Glynn Street in reference to a reported physical altercation.
Police met with the complainant, a McDonald’s employee, who said an unidentified male and female subject arrived at the drive-thru and complained their food order was not fresh, said Fayetteville Police Department spokesperson Ann Marie Burdett.
Burdett said the employee told police he retrieved the food from the subjects and remade the food twice, adding that the male and female customers were still dissatisfied with their food.
The employee said he told the customers to come into the restaurant to speak with a manager. The subjects then came into the restaurant and did speak with the manager, reports said.
“The male subject began to speak with the manager, and he became agitated and cursed at the manager, and threatened to slap and shoot her,” said Burdett. “A male witness in the store came up to the male subject, grabbed him, escorted him out of the restaurant and returned to the subject’s vehicle to de-escalate the situation.”
The witness told police the subject stayed on the scene for an additional ten minutes, yelling and cursing in the parking lot. The witness also said he observed a gold-colored handgun in the car, Burdett noted.
The subject was described as a black male, 5′ 5” in height, with dreadlocks and with a dark complexion.

I’d be more worried about the clientele of fast food places rather than the actual food.

“I want it Fresh!” is a designation I give to certain people. I came up with it after observing certain behaviors were common with a certain subset of society.

No. It was already at maximum capacity for the regular 4 p.m. riot.

This whole thing is a tactic.
1. Order food.
2. Eat some.
3. Complain that it isn’t hot, or fresh or something.
4. Get replacement food.
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3
6. Demand to see the manager.
7. Demand that the meal is comped.
At most sit down restaurants they will comp your meal to avoid a scene. This is doubly effective if you are a POC and they do not want to appear racist. Idiots who try this at a restaurant that gets paid upfront do not have a high success rate. They “might” get replacement food, but they will never get their money back.
If you could take a time machine back to 1985 and order a Quarter Pounder and fries, you wouldn't even recognize it from the garbage they sell today. The burger would've been juicy and the fries crisp.
The only thing that hasn't changed is the fountain Coca Cola. McDonald's and Coke sell a proprietary blend of cola that is only available at McDonald's.

Of course, you can make a much better Egg McMuffin at home. My personal recipe is famous (among my circles). I use swiss cheese, three eggs pan-fried in Kerrygold butter and slabs of real bacon with cracked pepper. I slightly undercook the eggs so they are a bit runny. So you will need a napkin or two. But so good.
My first - and only - visit to a MacDonalds’ drive thru caused a slight problem. Did not realize there was a box in which to order, just drove up to the light and placed my order. (Cheeseburger and salad) $20.50. I paid but then thought it was a little expensive so went back to the window and queried it. “Cheeseburger; salad and Chicken McNuggets - $20.50. I did not order any McNuggets. Oh Oh......a manager is sent for; keys are needed. Meanwhile, the poor chap in the car behind me is watching his Chicken McNuggets cool down. After it was all sorted out I left, but decided this was like falling off a bike. Get back on there and try again. With as much confidence as I could muster, I spoke into the hitherto elusive box.....”Hamburger, please” A very tired sounding voice replied “Do you still want the salad?” Had not realized there was a camera as well.
“ACAB! F duh police. Defund the police.”
“Mcdonalds forgot the cheese on my big mac. CALL THE POLICE.”
