I first noticed Gottfried when he and Rhonda Shear hosted USA UP! All Night. It featured B movies that were so bad they were actually funny. The hosts made jokes during the breaks.

Guess I didn't have much of a life back then!

Yeah, he would say how much her show sucked. They usually showed the same movies - maybe one would rotate out.
