It is largely young and healthy that have been not been vaccinated.
That it is old unhealthy vaccinated people that are dying at a low rate, even though they constitute almost all of the new dead from Covid, is not out of line with expectations.
The new Covid variants spread rapidly but don’t kill very many younger or healthier people.
